Bring the front of the property up to the same standard as the recently renovated property itself. Remove the existing driveway surface and conifer trees, address the poor levels and drainage, and include: attractive new paving surfaces, two bicycle stores, a bin store, a low maintenance feature planted area and solid gates that prevent debris from being blown onto the driveway. Keeping ongoing maintenance to a minimum was one of the highest priorities when designing this space.
